The part most builders hand back to you. Stay on our books and we look after the property — catching the small things before they become big ones. Maintenance is charged for time on site, the same way as the trades you already use.

Full day · five hours

Specialist trades — plumbing, electrical, roofing, plastering & carpentry — are £120 first hour, £60 per 30 min, £400 half-day, £760 full day (all + VAT). Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm; parking, ULEZ & congestion added to the final invoice. Full terms on our T&Cs page.

Who we are

When we started in 2015, we set out to give the residents of West London a genuinely reliable home-care service. We were — and still are — managing properties in Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Mayfair, and found that a personal service from a skilled, dependable team was exactly what owners and tenants wanted.

Keeping the trades in-house lets us control the quality, the workmanship and our response times. To date we have looked after hundreds of homes and thousands of jobs — from a single repair to a full-scale renovation — and we will always recommend the best option for the property, not the one that pads the invoice.
