02 Maintenance
Property maintenance for owners, landlords and agents
Most builders hand the property back when the job is finished. We stay on, and do the repairs, plumbing, electrical work and decoration that keep a home right. Charged for time on site, at rates we publish.

When we started in 2015, we set out to give the residents of West London a genuinely reliable home-care service. We were — and still are — managing properties in Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Mayfair, and found that a personal service from a skilled, dependable team was exactly what owners and tenants wanted.
Keeping the trades in-house lets us control the quality, the workmanship and our response times. To date we have looked after dozens of homes and completed thousands of jobs — from a single repair to a full-scale renovation — and we will always recommend the best option for the property, not the one that pads the invoice.

Twelve months on our workmanship.
Every job we complete is guaranteed for 12 months from the date you pay for it. If workmanship we are responsible for is not right, we return and put it right. There is no cap on that promise.
The guarantee covers our own workmanship. Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and pre-existing problems are not covered. It is in addition to your statutory rights, not a replacement for them. Full detail in our T&Cs.
