Then we look after it.

Stay on our books and we keep the property right — the part most builders hand back to you. Charged for time on site, at rates we publish.

Who we are

Local to West London — home care, property management & maintenance, renovation & refurbishment.

When we started in 2015, we set out to give the residents of West London a genuinely reliable home-care service. We were — and still are — managing properties in Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Mayfair, and found that a personal service from a skilled, dependable team was exactly what owners and tenants wanted.

Keeping the trades in-house lets us control the quality, the workmanship and our response times. To date we have looked after hundreds of homes and thousands of jobs — from a single repair to a full-scale renovation — and we will always recommend the best option for the property, not the one that pads the invoice.

Twelve months on our workmanship.

Every job we complete is guaranteed for 12 months from the date you pay for it. If something we did is not right, tell us and we come back and put it right.

The guarantee covers our own workmanship. Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, pre-existing problems are not covered, and a claim is limited to £1,000. It is in addition to your statutory rights, not a replacement for them. Full detail in our T&Cs.
