We treat your property as if it were our own.

Since 2014, we have been providing complete property management services to our clients. Not only do we provide this service for rental properties, but also clients’ own homes. All our maintenance services are done in-house by our staff, but, we offer so much more. From maintenance to full refurbishment, we cover it all.

Our aim is to remove any stress and headache from owning a property, whether it’s your own home, or for rental.

For rental properties, we believe that by keeping tenants happy, our landlords will be happy. Tenants are likely to remain at the property for the long term if they are happy, therefore reducing the time that the property is empty, losing the landlord precious income. We respond to maintenance issues rapidly and decisively, with our qualified and trusted employees, so tenants can enjoy the property they’ve rented.

Our secondary, but equally important role is to deal with estate agents on behalf of our landlords. We do all the groundwork, and spend all the time necessary to reduce our client’s time on rental negotiations. Not only do we find the best agents to rent properties out, but we also negotiate with them for the best terms for our landlords. We also check tenancy agreements to make sure everything is in order for rentals to begin. This is an important service for landlords, as agents don’t necessarily act in their best interest, so we make sure there are no surprises in tenancies.

This means you can relax knowing everything is being taken care of. After all, no one wants to spend more time on letting their property out than necessary.

Finally, we take care of our clients’ own homes. We check the properties to make sure everything is in working order and are always available for clients whenever they need any maintenance or renovation needs.

We provide property management at a flat rate of 4% + VAT, for a minimum term of 2 years.

For this fee, we will provide the following services:

•  Liaise with estate agents to rent properties at the highest rent to the best tenants.
• Negotiate best terms with estate agents.
• Ensure rental properties comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Arrange pre-tenancy professional cleaning and Inventory
• Arrange necessary certificates, such as Gas Safety Certificates, PAT Tests, etc.
• Assigned experienced property manager to liaise with tenants.
• Transfer utility accounts to new tenants.
• Arrange preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs.
• Arrange payment of outgoings for the property and provide accounts to landlords.
• Keyholding Services
• Managing the check-out process and the return of deposits.
• Annual rent appraisals for tenancies.
• Conduct viewings with agents as necessary.
