Roof Repairs and Replacement, Gutters

Living in London where rain is abundant, roofs need constant repair and replacement. Throughout the years, we have performed 100s of roof works. From simple asphalt paint application to full replacement of flat or slate roofs, we can assist our clients in making sure they stay dry during our famous downpours.

We also clean and replace gutters.

Plastering

We have an in-house plaster specialist who can skim with the best of them. From single walls to ceilings, to whole houses, our team can plaster anything – inside or out.

Interior & Exterior Tiling

We have extensive experience in wallpapering – from rooms to cupboards. We love the varying designs that wallpaper gives and are keen to do a good job for you.

Flatpack pick-up and assembly

We can pick up your Ikea (or other) flatpack furniture and assemble it. What’s more, we can adapt it to your space. Space shorter than Ikea wardrobes? Want to combine systems? We’ve taken many Ikea wardrobes and built them into walls and storage spaces for our clients. Try our services, you won’t be disappointed.

Window Installation

We can help with the purchase and installation of windows. London properties are never straight, but that has never fazed us. We can straighten walls and window openings, install windows and make sure they are waterproof. We can perform leadwork and repair window surrounds as well. Our specialists can take on any installations that you need.

House Extension/Loft Extension

We are expert builders and have constructed PODs, Lofts, conservatories and side extensions in many London properties. We do foundation work, brickwork, rendering and plasterwork – all in-house. We have lifted steel beams to increase ceiling heights, built steel structures and increased openings to install sliding doors. All in a day’s work!

How We Work

Our aim is to make everything as stress-free and easy as possible. Hiring our company is no exception.

Please call or email us with your requirements and we will estimate the time it will take to perform the job and will confirm a day and time that our team can visit you to do the job. We will take your credit/debit card details to confirm the booking, but you can pay by another card if you wish.

We will give you a one-hour arrival window for our team to reach you. When we arrive, we will confirm that the estimate is correct, or if more time is needed, we will advise you before we start any work. If you still agree to the price, we will start the job. Before starting the work, we will take photos of the job and we will take photos when the job has been completed.

If we need to purchase any building materials, we will not charge you the time it takes to go out and buy everything. If the materials we require aren’t readily available or the work will take much longer than we anticipated, we will reschedule the appointment with you.

When the job is completed, we will take payment and send you an invoice by email. In the very unlikely event that our work is substandard, we will simply return to remedy the situation free of charge, at a time convenient to you.
